Billy
Elliot the Musical - set in the north-east of England - is a funny,
heart-warming and feel-good celebration of one young boys dreams. This
new staging of Billy Elliot is an adaptation of one of the most adored
British films of the last decade which broke box office records across
the world and was nominated for three Oscars and 13 Bafta awards. Since
its opening in March 2005 the multi-award winning production has played
to full houses breaking all box office records at the Victoria Palace.
The current cast includes Joanna Riding (Mrs Wilkinson) Joe Caffrey
(Dad), Craig Gallivan (Tony), Ann Emery (Grandma), Trevor Fox (George),
Sean Kingsley (Mr Braithwaite), Barnaby Meredith (Older Billy). They
join Brad Wilson, Tom Holland, Fox Jackson-Keen and Tanner Pflueger who
alternate the title role of Billy Elliot. |
