sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods doesnt take no for an
answer. So when her boyfriend dumps her for someone more serious, she
puts down the credit card, hits the books and heads for Harvard Law!
Along the way, she proves one thing that being true to yourself never
goes out of style. Sheridan Smith (Two Pints of Lager and A Packet of
Crisps) heads the cast of Legally Blonde and is joined by former member
of chart-topping band Blue, Duncan James (playing heartbreaker Warner)
and Alex Gaumond (Emmett), Elles love interest. Hes currently touring
in We Will Rock You playing the role of Galileo. Directed and
choreographed by Tony Award-winning Jerry Mitchell, music and lyrics
are by Laurence OKeefe and Nell Benjamin and book by Heather Hach. In
its first year on Broadway Legally Blonde has earned seven Tony
nominations and ten Drama Desk Award nominations as well as winning an
Outer Critics Circle Award. |
